Hey there! I'm Bianca Puig, the driving force behind Beyond Fitness (BFit). I'm thrilled you're here and ready to take your fitness journey to the next level—even if you're doing it from your home office! My passion lies in helping remote workers like you ignite that fire within to achieve your goals. I believe that feeling fit, strong, and healthy can transform every aspect of your life, especially when working remotely, which is why I’m dedicated to supporting you through my flexible, accessible workouts and programs.

Having a bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology, a Health and Wellness Coach Certification and currently completing my master's in Psychology, I bring a holistic approach to fitness, blending mindset and motivation seamlessly into my training. With over 10 years of experience as a Personal Development Coach, I ensure that you not only reach your physical goals but also build the commitment, determination, and consistency needed for long-term success in every area of your life.

My fitness program is a culmination of years of coaching and competing as an Olympic Weight Lifter, and Capoeira Teacher. As a CrossFit Coach, Capoeira Teacher, and HIIT/Bootcamp Programmer, I tailor my programs for all levels, providing cues, modifications, and progressions to ensure each session is accessible, safe, and effective—even if you’re squeezing it in between Zoom calls.

In addition to physical training, I created the 'Mental Fitness' program, designed primarily for kids, focusing on life skills like self-esteem, confidence, and goal setting. These skills are just as crucial for adults, especially remote workers who may struggle with maintaining a balanced lifestyle. My approach helps you build not just physical strength but also mental resilience and clarity to thrive in all aspects of your life.

My experience working with children has profoundly shaped my approach to training adults. Teaching kids requires patience, creativity, and the ability to make learning fun and engaging—skills that translate seamlessly into adult training. I focus on building a solid foundation, fostering a supportive environment, and encouraging my clients to discover strengths they never knew they had.
